giraffes

The first large giraffe is finally finished! I think the wooden bobbles on his head work well, although it is several days since he was finished and I got used to seeing just the top of his mane, so they will take a bit of gettting used to! The big giraffes will have their debut at Elton village May Day Fair in a couple of weeks and will be one of the dolls I will be offering under the shop name 'Dolls From Aunties Attic' when http://www.fivegomad.co.uk/ is launched. Small giraffes will be available throught my Folksy shop.

Oooh...don't tell the others but he's my favourite at the moment. Another of my own patterns, a baby giraffe. He has a big brother, not quite finished - need to sort some wooden beads for his little bobbles on his head (what are they called?). Baby giraffe will also be going into the folksy shop shortly.
